Seriously. Take an extra second to push the shift key or add a comma, or FOR GOD's SAKE, proof-read what you type.

My question was limited to x amount of characters. That is why it is not proper. I did the best I could with the space I had. Give me a break. You all know the laziness I am talking about.

Yes, I think so or just plain dumb. Maybe the teaching these days, is a "shortcut" method. I myself, love the English grammar, and love to write, so I enjoy doing it properly!

I agree with you. I may not use capital letters all the time, but I do spell out the words instead of things like plzz or u for you and other examples like that. I was thinking about this earlier today. There are a lot of questions out there where it is nearly impossible to figure out what the person is asking. To respond to those that say this is not a grammar test, if you don't practice it here or in your other casual chats, how does it effect your school work? I would imagine if you are teaching yourself improper English and constantly using improper English, it would have an effect on your grades.

Look, this is not a formal forum here. If you want to see perfect spelling and flawless grammar then stick to academic journals, papers and other ivory tower publications. YA (oh look I used an acronym without first spelling it out....YIKES!!!) is a past time, not a scholarly activity. I admit that some people are really too lax in their communication; however (oh look, I used a semi-colon before "however" - aren't you proud! [oh shoot...blew it with that contraction]), a slip in grammar or spelling here and there is not catastrophic! If you know the English language you will be able to get the meaning. Has that pole up your *** loosened any?
P.S. What punctuation mark do you use at the end of a question smart *** (I'll give you a hint...it's right after this last bracket)?

hard enough just to get people to make a little sense but grammar details for free so you can be ignored ? oh come now don't get out of proportion here forget what brainwashing you went through in school as Albert Einstein Says ." an education is what you have after you forget what you learned in school." I'll articulate well enough without formal rules for fools who hadn't learned to think in the first place . With that said what difference could a capital make. your indolence is in your mind not your grammar so forgive my bluntness please thank you! look ma no smell checker?

I have a hearing problem, it is so hard. You just don't
understand. I was born deaf and I missed so many words...
and when I went to special school, I didn't learn much
English, I always have to go to Speech class, to improve
my speech and stuff.

Yeah, I get you there. I hate it when they change letters just to save from having to type an extra letter or two. It's not that hard to type correctly, and if you want to save time.. Learn to type fast! =O
