And this is a question from the same "expert" on Muslim and middle eastern people that thinks his boss is working for al qaeda. Why? Because he claims his boss was whispering in Pakistani to people he thinks are from Pakistan.

And we wonder why many people from the middle-east hate Americans.

Yeah, call the police bucko and show them your "proof". Oh wait. You don't have any proof now do you? Tell the police what you wrote here; that it's that Arabian couple ...because you have an American flag on your porch......and they have some much hate..."

They'll laugh at you all the way back to their patrol car.

Now tell me...who has so much hate. Your Arab neighbors or YOU?

When someone kills another person, it is called a homicide. It simply means a death at someone's hand. It isn't necessarily murder unless it meets other criteria. If someone is killed due to someone else's neglect, and is NOT intentional, it is called manslaughter. Just like there are different degrees of murder, there are different degrees of manslaughter. But here is another situation. Suppose a driver is going along at a safe speed and paying reasonable attention to the road in front of him. Suddenly, someone springs out from between two parked cars and is struck by the driver and killed. If an investigation finds that there was NO possible way the driver could have avoided hitting the pedestrian, then there would be no manslaughter charges. It would STILL be a homicide, but homicide is not necessarily a crime.

killing someones pet is very serious and has lead to many lawsuits, if you still have the dog test will need to be ran to determine the cause of death and as for couple across the way. it would take a act of congress to get a search warrant to check there place for poison. animal control would be your only hope if they get involved from the get go!
good luck!

You would need something more than a general suspicion to be able to call the police.

If it was on purpose I suppose you could have a case, but then again you would need to have some sort of substantial evidence...or else it would be your word against theirs...
