Have you always had a premature ejaculation problem? Are you with a new partner? The lack of a full erection is the bigger problem, for it can be caused by many things like high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate problems, smoking, and even other medications, including OTC cold medications.

I would advise you to consult with your doctor for a full check up to eliminate any other problems. If all is fine, then you may want to consider Viagra to help with the erectile dysfunction. It's difficult to treat both ED and premature ejaculation because Viagra does not help with premature ejaculation, and the medications used to treat premature ejaculation can cause ED and a decreased libido (Zoloft, Paxil).

Personally, I would treat the ED first and then research some exercises on the web for premature ejaculation. First things first, you need to get the exam. Good luck to you. If I can answer any other questions, feel free to email me.

Erectile dysfunction is not premature ejaculation
Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis for satisfactory sexual intercourse regardless of the capability of ejaculation. There are various underlying causes, such as diabetes, many of which are medically reversible.

Premature ejaculation (PE) occurs when you ejaculate too quickly and without control. It occurs before or shortly after penetration. Premature ejaculation interferes with the sexual pleasure of both you and your partner. It causes feelings of guilt, embarrassment, frustration, and depression. Premature ejaculation will cause stress in even the healthiest relationship.

Premature ejaculation is caused by specific things that you do before and during sex. Most of the time without even realizing it. Read here https://tr.im/yBU5q

Premature ejaculation is not some gene you're born with, the result of your penis size or a part of your personality that you can never change.

Yes, but usually you have to have an erection. If he didn;t have an erection when you were doing what you were doing, he couldn't/didn't ejaculate.

Erectile disfunction can indeed be complication of diabetes. But as men get older they often have other problems such as prostate problems, discolouring of semen etc so I think it would be worth checking it out with your doctor.
