Well B4 I have lunch I have to have breakfast or my motor won't tick over - know what I mean.
B/F Either 4 Wheat Bix (TM r) with a bit of margarine (my wife won't let me buy butter but they say butter eaters make better lovers - is that true?) on them, pour hot water on them (makes them soft and I hate hot milk) sprinkle with sugar and pour on cold milk.
OR
2 eggs (fried served sunny side up on toast or on crumpets with maybe some fried tomato or bacon or both, or maybe with canned spaghetti instead or other tinned breakfast stuff.
Lunch:
99% of time i have a couple of sandwiches - maybe ham and salad or roast beef and salad. If I am out at lunch time maybe I will go to my favourite pie shop owned by a really nice Vietnamese couple and have a steak and mushroom pie with tomato sauce. Occasionally I go to Red Rooster and get a chicken Roll or go to Hungry Jacks and get a "whopper fries and coke". Sometimes I might go to a Take-Away shop and just order a hamburger - sometimes plain and sometimes with the lot.
For Dinner/Tea/Supper:
Depends what I fancy and whether I cook or the wife does.

I love Thai food, such a great mix of exotic flavors and spices.
I could eat it everyday and never get tired of it.
I am also a big fan of sushi, low fat, high protein and reasonable price for such high quality food.
I could eat for less but then I would be malnourished.
I really love dynamite rolls made with prawn tempura and avocado. lots of wasabi too. so so good.
