Strong deck but too many random monsters. need to stick with one type.
Also you should take out enchanted javelin and put in another Sakuretsu Armor, they are very handy.
Scapegoat isn't very helpful, you can't use it to tribute for high level monsters.
And also Mystical space typhoon is a limited card if your playing in the traditional format.

Besides you knowing that Monster Reborn is banned, overlooking that you are limited to ONE Mystical Space Typhoon, your magic and trap cards are decent, could be better though, but that varies from deck to deck... though you could just get rid of Enchanted Javelin, Magical Thorns, and Staunch Defender without harm..
Now.. your monsters on the other hand... need a bit of work.. you don't have enough low level monsters to fuel your higher level ones. and even then.. your higher level ones will work better in decks that are build around them...
In general.. multiple copies of the same cards will help a lot...

well this is a random deck i read the first few cards and was like ahh promise and then my hopes were killed, i can tell your a noob by your name, millenium come on. Get some strategy, but take out monster rebourn for call of the haunted or premature burial. and take out one mystical space typhoon. then add some more magic cards to help you out.

Lol. I can see like four deck strategies in this.
Take away Negate attack because that never helps.

I think you have plenty of high-level monsters,and less low levels.The trap cards are good,but players have cards that destroys them nowadays.
