Usually, Harry Potter has MANY more chapters than 18.. and besides that, JK can think of something more creative than the characters names..

I am guessing that it is not while I am not a published writer , however I have worked at Waldenbooks and other bookstores and let me tell you that the publishing company that publishes JKRowling and her Harry Potter series is VERY strict about retailers not breaking street dates on the HPotter books. Street Dates are the dates that are listed for the retailers to start selling the books , Scholastic has threatened companies with severe fines and the loss of saleing any of their books, You might have gotten hold of a ARC or advanced readers copy but those things are rare and again Scholastic has those guarded as well.

I really doubt jk rowling and everyone else involved with the book would be careless enough to let the table of contents out, but who knows.
