advanced and autozone and pep boys did no good i did searches but all the ad crap comes up like buy headgasket sets here and they dont sell auto parts all all u know

I have found that even though most parts houses tell you to buy an expensive "valve grind" set to get a head gasket(s) you can find parts stores that will sell you a head gasket only for about $12 to $20 dollars. Check with an independently operated store. Major stores (like Kragen's) will probably special order a gasket for you.

I rebuild engines for a living and the following websites are the cheapest with quality parts. The second specializes in a handful of specific vehicles though.

sure they do.i bought head gaskets at auto zone and advances also.but if you want to go on-line,jegs,summett,or jc whitney sells them.
