DistanceToMoon= 384,000km = 384,000,000 m = 3.84 x 10^8 m

t = Distance / velocity

t = DistanceToMoon / SpeedOfLight

3.84 x 10^8 m / 3 x 10^ 8 m/s
= 3.84/3 s = 1.28 seconds

The frequency has nothing to due with the speed of electromagnetic waves

This speed is in vacuum and life c=300000km/s

so , the time is 384000/300000= 1.28s
