Yes it wrong. I have heard of a few cases in which men slept with women and the men knew they had HIV. The women contracted the disease and took the men to court. The judge ended up sentencing them to jail time.

yes, yes, one million times yes. Taking a fellow human being's sexual health into your own hands is very similar if not the same as shooting, stabbing, or punching someone... Especially since you probably wouldn't be just spreading the disease to just one person, but by not telling them they then spread it to others without knowing. How incredibly rude, selfish, cowardly, and completely disrespectful of other people's lives.

AH, Ya : It is no more selfish than giving someone aids when you know you have HIV. It's just wrong to hurt someone deliberately when it can be prevented no matter how horney you are. No more wrong than giving someone drugs to date rape them. Think before you hurt someone is my suggestion and take some responsibility for yourself and actions. Rev. TomCat

Its not only immoral, but illegal. That could be attempted murder, if it is HIV or something else that can be fatal.
