I'm talking about the universal language they call mathematics. The language where anyone can understand and translate to each other such as human to animal, or human to human (Among different languages)? What are some examples and is there any books that you can find on this subject?

My understanding is that mathematics (as a universal language) means that the fundamentals of math exist in every culture, every language. It is not a translatable language. It is where you can put mathematicians from several countries (all of whom have different native languages) and put a math problem on the board using nothing but number and math symbols and every one of them should be able to do it. The idea of how to solve the problems is universal.

I have no idea about the language you are asking about.
