properly, Subway is considered as more advantageous wholesome. it does no longer be wholesome if it replaced into loaded with meat. They positioned in simple terms sufficient to style it, now to not fill you positioned like thanksgiving dinner. in case you dont like that, pay exra or go some position else. i imagine they positioned pleany of meat. If sub has been lengthy gone via an finished procedure and so0 each and each and every are an similar, eac receives a particular quantity of meat (as an social gathering 4 oz..of this, 4 oz..of that, ) its observed as element administration

Lets see... my favorite at Subway:
6" honey oat, turkey with provolone (toasted/not--depends on my mood)
Lettuce, tomatoes, onions are a must--then spinach, green peppers and cucumbers if the mood strikes.
Dressing--preferably the red wine vinegarette but sometimes they don't have it. Therefore Italian or ranch--whatever the mood is.
I know, that's like a total combination of 50 sandwhiches but it's a mood thing....

It's a tossup between Subway Club and BMT.
All the standard veggies except jalapeno and pepperchini.
Mayo, Mustard, and Honey Mustard.
Toasted with American cheese.
Wheat bread.
No vinegar or the other dressing (can't remember what it is). I just tell them to not pour either of the two.
No salt or pepper.
And most importantly, and I always stress this very strongly, no cockroaches.
