my power went out and the back up generator only has enough power to run my laptop... and i need a light so i can put some food in my dog's bowl... so do you have a flashlight i can borrow...???

If you have a cell phone, why don't you use the flashlight on there? Man, that stinks about your power outage. If you don't have a cell phone, I guess maybe you can let your dog temporarily drink from your toilet.

It's hard for me to believe anyone would be w/o flashlights and candles. We must have 15 flashlights.

let's see, you could use the maglight on my nightstand, or one of the lil flashlights that you shake, but i'm not too sure where my son put them, or my son's frog flashlight in his toybox, or any of the millions of candles in my kitchen cabinet, or one of the hurricane lamps on the tv stand,or one of my husband's big honkin monster flashlights, or the microminimaglight, if my hubby doesn't have it at work....you're lights probably came on now, huh? always happens when i offer to help...

Or you could make sure that your extention cord is long enough, and use the light from your computer screen to feed doggie...
