If you want *us* to tell *you* what to paint then you're missing the point of the exercise. The point is to paint anything *you* like or feel. It doesn't matter if anyone else likes it or not. It isn't for anyone else at this point, it's for you alone. You never have to show anyone any of your work if you'd rather not, so you can be as creative, dramatic and expressive as you like. Paint your deepest fears or your most joyous moment. Just splatter paint on the canvas if that's what you feel like doing at the moment. It'd be an excellent expression of rage should you have any locked up. :)

Whatever you paint I wish you luck.

I'm sorry hun. But yes, activities are always great. Paintings could be with water colors or oil paint, arcylic any kind. You could paint abstract objects, or just beautiful natural landscapes.
I also have to say that you should excersice and getmore physical, its a real mood booster! Mediation is great too! I hope everything works out fine, and remember docs cant label you anything!
Lots of people have depression, and everybody these days goes through it one time or another. Your amazing, just know that

yes. paint how you feel. If you have some anger you want to vent healthily then use some colors that seem appropriate for the situation. Or just go through a "blue" period and use a lot of blue if you're super sad. I love painting to let out my emotions.

it is great that you want to paint to help you with your problems. I how found that doing anything relaxing helps at a time when things are not good. you can express anything you are feeling while painting.
