It would depend on why. I mean, if he just shaved his arms and then was totally hairy all over his chest, back, etc, it would be pretty weird looking and I don't think it would be very attractive!!
My husband shaves his arms...and the rest of his body from the neck down because he came home from the Gulf War actually allergic to his own body hair on his chest and arms. Well, it looks pretty stupid to just shave patches....so he just kept on going. I'm used to it now and except for the expense of shaving creme and razors, I'm fine with it. It's just a personal preference and something to get used to.

Sure why not No one wants to be know as Gorilla Arms. Don't athletes and pro wrestlers shave their arms?

depends on how hairy you are. a little arm hair is nice and manly. But a "forest" (as the above used) is too much. But shaving would only make it worse and thicker....So i don't know why youd want to do that.

I don't like it when guys shave their arms, legs or chests. Why not just go on estrogen and get breast implants?

No, they need to just trim it down with some scissors so it doesn't look like a forest.
