the official language on here is english.
after all,Y!A is an international site.
personally i feel, ''Indianness'' is a state of mine.
to prove our patriotism,we don't need to converse in hindi.
moreover,hindi may be the national language but India,being a secular nation,not everybody is well-versed in hindi or sanskrit,they are comfortable in their regional languages.
therefore,no point arguing.

HINDI is the national language, if u got a problem, move to some other country... just cos its the national lang, doesn't mean u can't speak in ur own language... just don't insult the spirit of the Union

properly,you know i imagine Indian Languages are gonna die because now youngsters change many words of Hindi and that i know a few Indian acquaintances who Can in simple terms talk English and under no circumstances their mom tongue (like Hindi,Bengali,Panjabi.....) they forgot it so....... and some be conscious had replaced ?
