I have known that the snake either constrict or inject venom to kill its prey! Is there a snake that doesn't use neither of these?

As the others have mentioned, yep, a lot that don't do either. In fact, North America's largest snake, the Eastern Indigo Snake, is non-venomous and kills its prey (including rattlesnakes) using its strong jaws and crushing the head. No restricting needed.

If you are from North America, look at: Colubridae (this family contains most NA snake species)

Most snakes, despite what you hear, are neither constricting or poisonous. From the little garter snake to the ever popular black snake to a host of others.

It's usually the opposite. Constricting snakes are usually not poisonous.

Yes, there are snakes that are both non-venomous and non-constrictor, they swallow their prey while it is still alive.
