If they are sneezing Id be looking at what you keep in their cage for them to nest in. Shreddes newspaper always worked well for both my rats and mice when I had the. Change floor paper regularly but not the stuff with babies in it.

Mice and rats are very prone to respiratory infections. I've had two die from it personally. The best thing to do is get them to the vet for some antibiotics. This may have to be long term treatment, as once they've got an infection they will also be prone to it. Antibiotic drops can be put on treats for the mice to eat, like on white bread. Mine always used to take them well on a little biscuity treat I had for them. There is also stuff available to keep their sinuses clear during bad flare-ups.

Hard luck with this, mice are such fragile little things tho! I just had one put to sleep yesterday, she had a massive tumour - another thing very common in rats and mice! A friend of mine had two rats that were always on and off antibiotics every time the pneumonia flared up.

Mice are prone to respiratory infections, and if there are multiple mice (not mouses) in one cage, then the risks are increased.

If they are kept in a tank, the risks are also increased, due to poor air circulation.

Cedar bedding increases the risk, as well. Try to use bedding with little to no ''dust''. I've always used corn cob bedding.
You can talk to the local pet store to see if they have any non-prescription medication available to help with the problem.
