No they don't numb the site and even so,if the numbed a portion of your skin or body they would have to inject you with a needle.Just look away and read a mag or think of something and by the time you pick up the magazine or think of something it would be over.It doesn't even hurt.

when i went they offered it to me. it was like a freezing spray that freezes the site right before they stick in the needle so it doesnt hurt much but you still feel a little tingle but it isnt pain. and they didnt charge.

NO... that is for wimps... if the person pulling the blood knows what they are doing... not even a baby would need to be numbed...
