I am more of a cat person. I love kittens and I love dogs, but my mature cats love me so much that I have to say I love them more or I will pay when I go to sleep tonight.

Cats... especially Siamese and Orientals.

Funny, I guess that is because they are the nearest thing in a cat that is dog like.

Confused... well so am I.

However cats smell so much better and don't need walks! They don't weigh as much as a dog when it sits on your lap either. lol

I guess it comes from having been brought up with cats... rather like a lot of things I suppose. ;-)

Hehe, who isn't a kitten person? :-) They are so cute!

I'm more of a cat person myself! I had 3 cats when I was growing up, and now me and my boyfriend have a black and white cat called Morrissey!

Dogs need to be walked and I am WAY too lazy! ;-)

it all depends on your lifestyle! It is not fair to leave a dog shut in all day if you work.A cat can Quite happily be left as long as there is food and water. It also depends on if you have a garden with a cat you can fit a cat flap so it can come in and out.Dogs are pack animals so need company whereas a cat is very independent and can Quite happily do their own thing.

I am a dog person and have always been one. Right now I have a Dalmatian and he is really a lot of company for me when I am at home alone. But guess everyone has there preference. Dogs are just mine.

I'm 56, & have had both all my life. There's no difference, except cats are cats, & dogs are dogs!
They're all lovely!

I couldnt choose!

I have a Jack Russell puppy who is so cute and so entertaining to watch I could never hand him back!!

Plus I also have two big black fat farm cats who are very lazy but make the home feel so much more like a home...had them for 4 years now!

Both are great pets to have!!

it depends on if you are athletic and like to walk a dog or like to sit at home curled up with a hot cuppa and a cat on your lap.Cats can be trained a lot faster than dogs.
