Yes I do. I really need to loosen up. I take things way to personally.

I'm really sorry that you are down. It's an awful feeling isn't it? I try not to take things too seriously, but it doesn't always work. I think it depends on the
situation, too. Not a lot gets me down, but this last 2 months I have had the
usual bugs that are making the rounds and have had to see the Dr. for antibiotics, etc. In the last 2 weeks or so it has been getting me down. I have
missed out on family dinners, lunch with our granddaughter, etc. So I do know
how you feel. Sometimes if you can watch a silly movie or something, it can
help. I hope you feel better soon. God bless you and Happy Easter.

Only if it is associated with work. Other than that if it doesn't involve immediate family then I don't sweat it ever.
If you can't do anything to improve the situation that is getting you down tonight then just let it go and tackle it with a fresh perspective in the morning.
If you are mourning a loved one during this time of the year then only time will ease your pain.

sometimes I do.I regret it afterwards as you are now. The best way to discontinue this pattern id to NEVER think impulsively. Don't react to things, ACT when the time is right with measured responses

I've been told that I do. But the things I take seriously are serious things, you know?

Don't be sad. Things always look bad at night. You will feel better in the morning.
