I bought my two oscars together a few months ago and since i've gotten them, when they are not swimming around eatting & playing, they like to lay on the bottom of the tank. My oscars are just babies and they are a Tiger Striped Oscar and a Albino Oscar and they seem to be healthy as can be...why do they like to lay on the bottom sometimes?

Poor water conditions. They are dying. The tank is probably too small, as two Oscars would need at least a 125 once mature and if they are a few months old, they are well on their way to full maturity.

I had some Oscars, which i ended up eliminating because of their shy and scared nature. in the journey that they werent sitting on the bottom, after I walked via they could absolutley finally end up like i replaced into chasing them or something. per chance your tank is too small. or per chance there isnt sufficient hiding spots for it. Oscars are massive sissies.

Just typical Oscar behavior. One day they will suddenly stop doing that and start swimming around. Who knows why, but they do that.
