Where do you live? In Canada and the US, personalized plates have to be ordered through the appropriate channels. Tell me where you are, and I can probably find out. If you lived in Manitoba, I could hand you the brochure. Whatever you want on your plate, make 3 choices, because some combinations are not allowed, and you obviously cannot have a combination that has already been issued in your state or province.

Go on the DVLA website and follow the links. They are the cheapest. If you see a plate on another site eg regtransfers check that they own it and it is not still on the DVLA site. These companies will charge you a premium and buy it of the DVLA themselves.

Otherwise known as "vanity plates", they are available at your local DMV or equivalent agency.
