I'd say the bread first ( unless it's white bread with lots of preservatives, in which case it will last around 6 months). The next would be the apple because it is natural, has sugar and some fiber, then the last would be the Kraft cheese, because I'll bet you could put it in a hope chest for your one year old and give it (mold free) to him/her on their wedding day. It's almost plastic! You could run a Ford on the stuff. Good luck

I would vote for the bread first - lots of surface area great exposure to air.
The apple vs the cheese is tougher - the acid in the apple is going to inhibit mold until it has dried out considerably, then it may never mold depending on air humidity and conditions.
The cheese you specify is pasturized and homoginized and therefore may take longer than cheeses that don't have this processing (say cheddar) and those that do have mold already, like blue cheese. Cheese is not a mold.

Cheese
Apple
Bread
The cheese is a diary product contaning milk, which needs to be refrigerated, and milk goes bad in like 3 weeks. The apple has juices in it which can make the apple rot, or grow mold depending on how long you keep it. The bread doesn't contain moisture so it will take longer to expire.

Bread 1st - the yeast in the bread is a mold in itself

The conditions of where these items were put would greatly effect the amount of time it would take each one to get mold.

Dark and Damp conditions are ideal mold growing conditions.
