Obtain an Art Degree, then take some courses in Criminal Foresnsics.
Now, if you are intending to become one of the people that create busts out of actual skulls using clay...or some similar method...some physiology courses and similar wouldn't hurt, nor would some physical and cultural anthropology work.

You mean "Forensic Science"? Your best bet is a 4 year college that offers "Criminal Justice" then Transfer to a Field that you are interested in, for an Additional 2yrs...
