i scientifically searched it on books and the interenet. Becuz i'm short for my age..I am 16 male and i'm 5'2..and i want to at least grow taller becuz everybody looks taller than me in skool.. :( sad..so does jump roping help you grow tall..

no, if anything it would compress your spine and make you shorter. However, seeing as how you are only 16, you still have 1-2 growth spurts left, so just make sure to eat a wide variety of foods, get your 3000 calories per day (that is normal for a mlae your age) and avoid heavy weight lifting and excessive jogging.

there is no form of exercise that can effect the growth of the human skeletal system beyond the natural genetic potential

nothing will make you taller, that is genetic
