Well i think its very sweet your putting his name in there. I think Mack would be a great middle name to go with whatever name you may pick out. You could put together your own names, instead of Maxwell you Could use Mackswell. Im sure no matter what name you pick, it will be perfect, and suit your baby boy very well!

Good Luck with this hun!

Macaulay, pronounced Mah cul ly. You could call the boy Mack for short. Mackenzie can also be a boys name. It's so sweet that you want to name your child after your grandfather, I am planning on doing the same, good luck!

Mackauley/Mackaulay (really Macauley and Macaulay but I added the k's in)

Mackenzie can be a boys name, too. My sister's name is Mackenzie and when my mom was pregnant with her, the doctor did made an early guess that she was a boy and they were going to name her (which they though was a him) Jacob Mackenzie. They ended up naming her Mackenzie Rene, which I think is a good name for her.

You could just use Mack as his middle name. Good luck.

I would just use Mack as a middle name.

My daughter's middle name is also a short one... she is named after my mom (who has it from her grandmother).

I've heard the name Maksim used a few times. It's russian, a form of Maximus, and means "The Greatest" according to some baby name sites. It's not very common but i think its kinda neat.

I like Mac or Max. Everyone is trying to use long names nowadays. Sometimes shorter names are remembered easier. I especially like shorter names for boys.
