You can say that right now your greatest weakness is your age just because you are very limited in what you can do within a working environment. However, despite this limitation you are ready to step into the working world and start taking responsibility for your own finances...
good luck!!

I think I would go with I talk to much sometimes/ or I struggle with organization. I think that if you admit that you lose track of time or that you are a procrastinator then they will likely loose interest in hiring you. I think that an employer would rather deal with someone who is a chatter box then someone who most likely show up late for work or takes too long to start a job that needs to be done.

There is no "best " answer,. just an honest answer.
I always say "I lose track of time."
This can be bad, because in any co, certain things must be done by a certain time.
For example, you boss likes you to check
email every hour. Oooops! it's 3:10 and you forgot.
Big deal! Yes, you forgot, but I can think of worse things you could do.
I hate these kind of questions. After all, I'm human.
Just relax, get that job!!!

An interview normally contain three parts, verification of your credentials, question about your personal things (including name, hobby's, strong points , week points etc, last they ask questions about your knowledge about the subject.
Your problems comes in second stage. If they ask what is your greatest weakness answer "animals". You talk too much, there is no proper and clear border line in talking and too much talking, in job. ( sales persons have to talk much, just we can not conclude they are talking too much, it is his job.). If they ask , say you talk bit more, to communicate with people. Struggle with organization say No.
Remember, once you are in to your job , naturally all negatives you have listed, will vanish, as you have engage yourself in given job. Why you worry now, you are expected to be honest, not too much. Ultimately they are in need a person who can finish the job properly and perfectly, with in priscribed time. Good luck.

I would say I struggle with organization.
The first one could make them think you would be late to work often.
The second one could make them think that you are going to put off your work.
The third is not too bad, I also talk to much, but I think I would go with orgainization because you can improve on that with help.
Hope this way of help.
Good luck

They are all great answers and shows honesty on your
part. What the interviewer would want to know is how
you deal with these weaknesses.
Good luck!

Yep....you can say "I talk to much somtimes"...and you can probably elaborate by adding that that's why you have many friends and all your friends love being around you.
This would work in your favor.
Good Luck..
