Ah, yes, the very fun 2-3 week periods. Oh, the fun of being on the pill. Yes, you have to go to your dr, but this is not uncommon, it has happened to me a few times before. Best to call/go to you dr though, even though it is prob just your body getting used to the pill. There really needs to be a male pill- I have had such horrible side effects from the pill. If you are new to the pill thing- please know that all women react to the different brands, um, differently. After 2 months, ask yourself if you are really ok with the side effects you are experiencing- if you are not ok with them, go get on another brand (your dr will often do this over the phone and not charge you a visit). I recently had to go through 3 brands until I found one that worked for me. Good luck!

I'm taking the same Pill for a month now. In the second week, one day I just felt out of breath and my heart was racing, even when I was sitting down. It was scary, I thought I was going to faint anytime. I went to see my doctor, she said she never heard of this side effect, she said it might be from something else. It lasted for a day and a half. It went as sudden as it came. Have you ever experienced having your period for 2 weeks? This might be a side effect from the Pill, everyone reacts differently. The best thing however, is to see a doctor. Good luck!

If the bleeding is light, then don't worry about it. You are probably getting used to the pill. The first few months starting a new pill for me I get some light bleeding during the regular pills. However, if the bleeding is heavy then you should get to the dr. asap. You shouldn't bleed heavily more than a few days a month while on your period.

Do a web search for side effects.
The side effects of some drugs are simply shocking... One popular anti-diarrhoeal list diarrhoea as a side effect.
AND, make an appointment to see your doctor next week.
If you start feeling lethargic before your appointment, GO TO THE HOSPITAL... I'm just sayin... It's not likely, but the bleeding *could* be more than just a period. Consider that the "really bad possibility"

You should see a doctor. Although, it's probably nothing you never know what's going on down there. It's a very complicated body part.
