Music that is really upbeat. I like things that have a good rhythm and its usually pretty easy for me to know because if the song has good rhythm, i just kinda naturally start dancing. That might be bobbing my head or swaying a bit from side to side. It's the music that goes deep into you. You feel it. You just gotta dance (lol, that sounds funny, but I'm serious... watch Dane Cook's stand up).

"Dora the Explorer Mix" lol... It's a funny story, but really, it's a fun song to dance to!
