Yes you can drink upside down. That is if we make a few definitions. If all depends on how you define down and up. Normally we define down as being directed towards the earth, whose gravity holds us down. If you are free from any substantial gravitaional fields then you don't really have a relative orientation.
Plus you can drink upside down doing a handstand on earth anyway because it is "peristalsis" (not sure how to spell it) which really moves food and water down our esophagus, gravity doesn't have that much to do with it.

In space there is no upside down.

Your muscles in your throat push the liquid down.

Liquid will float in space, so you should be careful not to lose any, and drink through a straw.

There is no upside down--it's all the same. And I think I'd want to use a straw to avoid a mess of liquid globs floating around.

Short Answer:
Yes.

Long answer:
Yes. Once the liquid is in your mouth, and enters the throat, peristaltic action will carry it to your stomach.

Please Note: in micro-gravity, there is no such thing as "upside down," and keeping the fiction of Up/Down in mind is one way to decorate the inside of your ship with your last meal. ;)

No
in space there is no gravity to hold the water in a glass so they have to keep it contained in something and suck it out of that

the in simple terms element I see as equivalent is that you both were doing something that can harm your life. She replaced into dishonest in college and also you've been blackmailing her. in simple terms distinction is, she will be kicked out of faculty and also you'd be despatched to penitentiary and raped. you need to delete the video out of your telephone and make contact with it quits. you do not tell on her for dishonest and he or she will be able to no longer get expenditures pressed adversarial to you for blackmailing.
