I don't understand :( Why are people saying I am bad because my husband has two wives? :( My church says it is okay and daddy always said it was too. And I am not mormon!! YUCKY!!

I wish there was an answer to that.
There was a television program just recently about Plural marriage in the Mormon Church and how many people believe in it.
One of the main characters said:
"If I was married to one women and seeing another on the side no one would have a problem with that. However because I choose to marry two women, I am a criminal."
I think that says it all.

Marriage is supposed to be a sacred bond between A man and A woman, not A man and as many women as he pleases. How is that fair to you? You're perfectly content sharing the man you love with another woman? I wouldn't be. I would be p*ssed off.
If you're not Mormon, can I ask what religion you are?
Also, I am pretty sure polygamy/bigamy is illegal in the USA.

I think that would be neat, you'd have close friends to shop with and sharing a guy isnt that bad I only would want "some" every other day anyway-this way your not always bother by his pleading and still get the benifits of a man and a woman...best of both worlds,,, and if its feels good it cant be wrong!!! right

Other than it being illegal in the U.S., I could care less if people have more than one spouse, as long as they are consenting adults. Why not? Shouldn't people be able to do what they want with their private lives?
