Why would an RE agent benefit from doing them?

It's an informal appraisal done by a real estate agent. The pay isn't worth it ($30-80), and doing random BPO's you're not going to wind up with any listings on REO's.

Being a REALTOR you benefit by getting paid a fee for them. It's good for a starting REALTOR to do this b/c it's slow when you first start. I know it was for me, Im a REALTOR. Also, a BPO is when a REALTOR gives the company a value of what the home is worth if it was to sell. You have some things to fill out of the home for them. Sometimes these can turn into listings for you as well.

i've got been doing BPO's for years. in the journey that your attempting to get into the agency NVSI is a sturdy place to get knowledgeable. Having the certification will improve your probabilities of having some artwork too. I hear that they are giving out a itemizing of companies to get signed as much as artwork for once you bypass the terrific examination. Is that real?
