"You Keep Me Hangin' On" - The Supremes originally did this song in 1966, but it's been covered by at least 7 other artists over the decades.
P.S. I definitely second ayebeeeye's nomination of "Complicated" by Carolyn Dawn Johnson, a country singer. The situation in that song describes many of my relationships, unfortunately.

I don't know if this is what you would consider a good song, but the song I think of regarding complicated love is called "Three of a perfect pair" by King Crimson
