Well, you don't have to masturbate while you look at it. Your eyes, hands, and penis aren't attached directly. So use some willpower and don't touch yourself. If you absolutely have to then use a sock like Jim does in American Pie or something. Or you can stop looking at porn? But I'm sure you don't want to do that. lol. Keep your hands behind your back. If you are using a computer to watch it... always keep your hands on the mouse/keyboard. Taking small breaks can also help. (meaning watch it and when you get the urge to do anything... walk away for like 5 mins and do something else then go back to it) Also if you have something to do (say homework... work... talking to a friend... ect have that happen RIGHT after you finish watching it.
