I think only if the American people protest in outrage then they would do something about it till then there gonna be focusing in on there own agenda's .I mean they already illegally force us to pay a federal income tax which there is no law that says we have to pay it.It used to be a man's labor was untaxed.So are government has already been do unconstitutional things to us way before the patriot act .It does not matter if there a democrat or a Republican in office they both are evil in there own way's
