I have been working for an MNC as a manager for twelve year and was think how one with less experience can promote faster and claim up tp be at the top management level. Seems like time have changes .. Hope you guys can give some advise or tips....get bored with life nowsaday.

Well, a business writing/communication class wouldn't hurt you any.....
Ask your boss what is required for you to get to the next step - what skills are needed, which ones do you have, what do you need to do to get what's missing. Then fill the gaps in your skill set - take a class, get a degree, attend a seminar, learn more about the products, the financial statements, whatever it is.
Twelve years is a long time to do the same thing - if this company won't promotoe you after you've proven you have the skills required, then it's probably time for a change.

Baby boomers are 55 to 65 years old , I think you'll find its the younger ones that want it all on a plate.
