Two big "ifs."
If he left behind a large enough defense fund and if the trial had been in the U.S. - I have a nagging feeling that the fact that he is dead would be secondary to the lawyers lining up to initiate his appeal.

What planet are you from? No, this is a physical impossibility unless God decided to raise him from the dead, which is highly unlikely since the two of them weren't such good pals while ol' boy Hussein was alive!
I for see no resurrections in the future, and therefore no death sentence appeals!

It would depend on the laws of the land.
If Iraqi law allowed it, then yes he could.
Moot point, however...he's dead. However, in most jurisdictions, his family could try to have the conviction overturned should legitimate evidence later arise that tended to prove his innocence in the matter(s) he was put to death for.

hahaha! Yes, if saddam hussein were to resurrect somehow, he would be legally pardoned from his sentance seeing as it was already carried out.

He can appeal all he wants from where he was sent. Realisticly, I don't think Iraq has an appeals program.

lol, hard to do from 6 ft. under, but with today's laws I would not be surprised if some lawyer tried it.
