I'm 15 and I would like to work a full-time job in FL and am not sure if I need a working permit for that. It would also help to suggest some good places to work at.

First question- Yes you do need a work permit to work full time. For the second question, do you have any experience or any training that wuold help. Do you live close to a vacation area, such as Orlando? What type of things do you like to do? Start there.

You can't work full time as a minor, unless you were emancipated. Then you'd be legally allowed to, but not many places would hire full time to someone who should be in the 10th grade.

The only exceptions to this law is that you're a child actor/actress or your work in an agricultural job (you plant/harvest crops because normal in your area). And even in these positions, there are still limits to the amount of hours you can work.

I'm pretty sure these are federal laws.
