The Mets have the most fire power, but you can never count out the braves and the phillies look good, but overall I'de bet on the Mets

I have a very strong feeling it's the Mets, but my gut is telling me it could be the Braves and Phils as well.

While all the teams are high up there in runs scored, 4th (Braves), 5th (Phillies), and 7th (Mets) out of all the 32 teams.

The Mets starting pitching concerns me, because the only good starter is Glavine, you don't know what your getting out of El Duque, Maine has the chance of becoming good, Oliver Perez, he's been up and down like the stock market. Good one day, bad the next or bad every outing. The Pedro injury will hurt them in the race since he won't be back until August at the earliest. And their bullpen is weak, because out of Wagner and Heilman there's new players that we won't know will step up and who won't. Too many question marks. No question, their offense will be there, but will the bullpen prevent leads?

The Braves to me will have to the favorite right now, because they are balanced in offense and defense. When you have Andruw Jones, Chipper, McCann, Franceour, Renteria and some young players why will have a chance. I really love their bullpen, with the acquistions of Wickman, Soriano, Villarreal, and Mike Gonzalez their pen will prevent leads.

And then you have the Phillies who you know has Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Rollins, and Burrell. No question, they will score a ton of runs. Their pitching is solid with Myers, Hamels, Moyer, and Eaton. My question is this who do they that can be relied on other than Tom Gordon? Their pen worries me, because some of the players they have we don't even know what they'll put up.

So, my final verdict would have to go with the Braves with their revamped bullpen and you know the offense will be there.

I am not bias with either 3 of this teams, as I am a diehard Angel fan but I definitely know my baseball.

I am a HUGE Mets fan so that might be subject to my answer but the Mets definetly have the offense to win the division and probably make a World Series run. The pitching is a question but so far so good it is all great. Glavine will reach 300 wins and that will give the team momentum, and if Pedro can come back mid season and produce all will be great. Plus if Perez can pitch like he did the other night all the questions about him will be gone. Mark my words the Mets will win comfortably..... AGAIN.

METS, Today was their First loss in Atlanta 5 to 3, Don't look for a Losing Streak from the METS anytime soon, or the Braves winning that Division look for a wildcard spot.

The Mets should win, barring a catastrophic rash of injuries. I think they may very well win the World Series.

Barring injury problems, the Mets will. But watch out for the Braves. They are still good enough to possibly contend.
