The Smurfs were the original. Snorks were cheap underwater knock-offs of the Smurfs.

I've never seen either one..... I'm gona say snorks sounds like a rip off of smurfs, So Smurfs is a much better cartoon.

I liked the Snorks only because they had a snappier theme, Come Along With the Snorks.
