Gloomy Sunday was banned in the US and some parts of Europe for supposedly causing suicides (including by the composer and his girlfriend, for whom the song was written).
Suicide Solution by Ozzy was also blamed for one teen's death (parents brought to court) and banned from radio and some stores.

I'll wager it all on "Suicide Solution." Although Ozzy was acquitted in the trial and the album was never pulled from the store-shelves as a legislative act, several radio stations banned it from their playlists, and I would not be surprised if several merchants refused to carry the album.

The only cause of suicide is the person taking their life..............
the life they found too hard.
EDIT:
Some sarcasm for the thumb-down idiot......
My weapon does'nt lock-and-load by itself!
EDIT:
Cause: 1) The reason something happens. (could'nt deal with real life)
2) To make something happen. (planned own death and followed through)
Edit:
To answer the question........
MTV caved in and refused to air Replacements "The Ledge" video.

"Gloomy Sunday", definitely. There were many deaths associated with that song. I'm afraid to listen to it myself.

hmmmmm........it might be "Loser" by 3 Doors Down, or even 'Better By You, Better Than Me' by Judas Priest (the subject of the trial in the early 90s)
