im 13 and im 5'4... what should i weigh? im always afraid im overweight but my friends & family think im anorexic.... im not. i have been before BIG MISTAKE. but what should i weigh?

135lb-150lb we all have different frames my awnser is probably on the slim side ,5'2" 100lbs kinda small.

Im about your age and a little bit taller about 5'6 and i weigh about 131 the ideal weight at you age is around 108-124 but it all differs on your bone size and others things that could effect your weight but the most important thing for you to worry about is if you feel comfortable in your own skin an if you dont there could be a problem and dont pay attention to people that think your anorexic. And if you think your overweight dont worry more than likely your not so i wouldnt worry especially at your age well i hope you take my advice into consideration.

You can put your height, weight and age into a BMI calculator for teens and figure out how you're doing. Go here: http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx. If your family thinks you're anorexic, I would take that very seriously, as anorexia is a terrible disease and very hard to overcome. But if they're wrong, you can show them the BMI calculator and show them the information and that will help them see you as normal.

The general guideline for this question is to take your height and for every inch that you are above 5 feet tall, add 5 lbs. So if you are 5'4" you should weight approx. 120lbs, but that doesnt account for your bone structure. If you're overlly concerned or have physical symptoms like dizzyness, blackouts, shakyness, etc. talk to your doctor.
