I have never seen an aggressive guppy before. What is it doing? is it male, are there other guppies or does it live a lonely life?

EDIT:
Male guppies need to be kept in groups with females. 1 male for every 2-3 females. This cuts down on agression between males and harassment on the females.

Get more guppies to make him less aggressive. OR put him a side in a small tank.Find out what the problem might be and it could be he is not getting feed right!

well there are like dog obedience classes Im sure and or you can go to a petco or petsmart and ask them they might know a place or even can help you . I even think theres books on it I would take a trip to town to the library and your local pet store.

you should buy a tank separater such as a breeder tank to keep it isolated from the other fish

Pretty much all you can do is keep it with fish it can't bother too much or feed it to something much bigger.
