Visit online websites that you can find people like http://www.reunion.com but it cost money and I think some others do to but you can google search for them. I doubt that there are any free ones out there. If you mean old ones that you haven't been in contact with in years but if you mean new ones then go out and meet some people or you could go to a chat room which I don't recommand or visit myspace.com.
