ex: y=4 /x^4
y'= 4(-4x^-5) = -16 /x^5

The derivative of x^n is n*x^(n-1)

Thus...
First derivative: 4 * x^3/4 = x^3
Second derivative: 3*x^2
Third: 6*x
Fourth: 6

1st derivative 4x^3 / 4 = x^3
2nd : 3*x^2
3rd : 6

If I'm understanding you correctly, that's a very easy question.
y = x^4/4
y' = x^3
y'' = 3x^2
y''' = 6X
y'''' = 6
every other derivative = 0
