on pokemon firered what pokemon should i use my masterball on? deoxys or mewto?

Mewtwo. Deoxys is only at level 30, and will not KO your pokemon so easily. Mewtwo, however, is at level 70.

I'd recommend Deoxys, he's harder to capture and with Mewtwo its possible to capture him with an ultra ball if you cause a status effect and get his HP down to just the right amount. (or you could trade some timer balls from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald to catch him).

aurora tickets were obtained from events. good old ones where you went to toys r us and the like. you cant get it any more. Jirachi cant be obtained at all in ruby, but you can get it through a pokemon colosseum bonus disk in japan or pokemon channel (both for gamecube)
