The Braves are going to be better this year than last. Schulerholtz did a fine job of shoring up their glaring weakness by addressing that sorry bullpen they had last year. They have enough to contend for a wildcard, but it won't be enough to win the NL East over the Mets.
In my opinion, they don't quite have enough to make it to the World Series. Take heart Braves fans. At least you don't have the Royals. LOL

The Braves may contend for the Wild Card, but not the division or National League.

Definitely NOT!! The Mets are the team to beat. The Braves have no pitching except for Smoltz and he cant carry the team. I think they will win the wildcard in a tight race.

No they won't make it to the world series. Although they field a decent team they are not deep enough or talented enough to make it past either the dodgers or mets the two top teams in the NL. Maybe next year....

No, not this year. They simply don't have the pitching or the drive. NY is the team that will win the division.

No. They'd have to beat out New York. I don't think they can even do that.
