all you need to replicate that look is black mascara, liner, and shadow. line your very inner rims with a soft black liner (i adore bourjouis kohl liner!) and then sort of dot black powder eye shadow over that (it sets it so it doesn't smudge). then add lots of mascara (you may want some fake lashes) and you're done!

You should use blue mascara with the individual eye lashes throughout use a blue black eyeliner and use a brow highlighter right under your eyebrow then use a silver and a blue purple with a matte grey on your lids if you go to MAC and pick the perfect shades for your dress it would look really good. IVe been doing peoples prom makeup for the last 3 years after my own was such a hit. Good luck

It's just a smoky liner. Put a thin liner all the way around (in the waterlines and between the lashes: look up tightliner if you're confused on that one), and gently smudge it out.

You're probably going to need fake eyelashes to replicate that look, and you don't necessarily have to use black eyeliner; the dark color seems more like a navy or dark purple than a black.
