You definitely have an infection and need to get medical attention as soon as you can. Upper Respiratory Infections can become serious if not treated appropriately.
Meanwhile - do not take anything that we suggest if it is contraindicated based on your personal medical history!
Here's what I do:
(based on your time zone, you are in the Middle East or Africa, so I will put the generic chemical names of the medications)
• Take over-the-counter pain relievers like Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen (if you have both, you can combine them -- they are 2 different classes of medications) they will also reduce fever;
• Decongestant (pseudoephedrine) and/or Expectorant (guaifenesin);
• Steam to open your nasal passages and moisten/loosen the mucus;
• Salt water gargle to kill some of the germs in your throat;
• Cough drops with eucalyptus can help open your nasal passages;
• Lots of clear fluids (hot herbal tea with honey is good!);
• Prop your head up to a 40º angle to help the mucus drain - try to get it out of your system by blowing your nose or by spitting it out so that it does not go into your lungs or stomach.

U will have to take an fever reducer/fever reducer.
Ginger root, alwayz helps my throat. I boil it in water, and then drain it, and use the water with a hint of honey, and sip on it. The thiner u cut the ginger, the stronger, it may burn a bit so be careful. If u cant get any Ginger, try regular tea, if not that, boil some water, and honey! gargle with warm salt water.
If u end up staying up, make sure u go to a doctor, first thing in the early morning. U need to have it checked out! u may need anti-biotics, it seems as if u have an infection!
If, u wanna do it natural, u need to take 2,000 milligrams of vitamin C, and Echnieca! and keep sipping that Ginger tea.
I'm sorry ur in soo much pain.
