I think most people would consider it old fashioned to be a virgin until they're married, but I personally think it's a great thing. I planned on waiting until marriage, but I lost my virginity to my fiance so I don't really regret not waiting. I'm happy that he's the only one I'll ever be with in that way and I think that's the most important thing about waiting. It needs to be with the one you love who you'll spend your life with.

If you're still a teenager then it's not old-fashioned, it's normal actually. But if you're older than 25 and still a virgin, then people will say there is something wrong with you, even if you holding out for marriage. But everyone's different, and they are ready when they are ready. Do what makes you feel best.

I'd say you are smarter, and more disciplined than 90% of girls out there today. I say "girls" and not boys or people because in the end, it really IS the girl's decision who gets lucky and when. If you really do make it until you are married, your husband will be a very lucky man. My wife has slept with only 2 other guys, and it still bothers me a little, even years later, and probably will for the rest of my life.

It's a personal decision and it doesn't matter what neone else thinks. It's you body. You get to do what you want with it.
I chose not to wait, and it's my decision. It's entirely up to you
I'm sure you'll get a lot of **** from guys you date growing up but just deal with it your way. You'll probably be called 'tight' where as people call me a whore because i'm not a virgin. People are mean so it's up to you.
Blessed be

no...it isn't, i don't know how old you are but, please have some real morals & respect about yourself. stay that way until your weading night, maybe...just maybe if some people had some self-restraint there would'nt be no where as many children born out of wedlock & certain diseases would'nt be so rampant. in my opinion...wait until then (your weading night) think a/b it, if your husband knows he's the first man you ever slept with, his attitude will be like "wow, a woman with real values" if you meet a man who doesn't want to wait until marriage send him packing, it's his lost. most men would KILL to marry a virgin. that's my take!!! i wish you the best sweety.

Being a virgin will always be in style. Watch out for peer pressure. It seems that when a person looses their virginity they realize that they made a mistake so then they seem to think that everyone that they know should loose it. lol

I didn't lose mine until I was 26 and I am still 26. People can say what they want but sex at the wrong time can lead to a whole host of problems.

I think that waiting till you are married is mature and the Right thing to do .Sex is a gift God has given us to consecrate a marriage and this should no be thrown away to any Joe who comes along .It should be saved for your Wedding Night .PS that way you can be proud of wearing that white dress.
